I got a tire alert on my car, so I came straight to Midas. It was 15 minutes to close, and without hesitation they immediately took my car in, found a nail in the tire, put on my spare, and ordered a new tire. I am beyond impressed with their quickness and reliability, and so thankful for their help! Could not recommend Ken and this Midas location more!!!

Car problems!!! Go see Ken. He’s the store manager and I called at 5pm one night. My tire popped and needed a new one. He didn’t try to scam me. He got me a new one ordered and the next morning he had me in. That night on the way home from having my spare put on, my engine light came on. Emissions issues. Go figure. Ken had them look at the engine. No cost. Turns out I needed to replace a valve. Ken gave me a fair price and I was out in 1.5 hours. Tire and valve done!! This man quoted me a price. The tire he quoted wasn’t in but I got the price he said. He really helped a single mommy out!! Ken you have gained a loyal customer now!!

I will only be bringing my two cars to this location! Been using Midas for years and I love working with Ken. He's been amazing since my first time in the shop. Highly recommend bringing your vehicle here if you want to feel valued and get your work done well.

Ken at Midas helped me out when I was visiting from out of town and experiencing car issues. He was prompt, responsive, compassionate. He took a thorough look at my car, gave me his best opinion. He even called me to ensure all was well on my ride home. When you are an out of town visitor, this level of care and trust matters. I truly appreciated his help and clear competence.
